Your questions answered

Q: Do you clean the sills on the frames?

A: Yes we do but we cannot see the sills on the upstairs windows so we cannot guarantee if they are clean or not.

Q: Do you clean house's?

A: Yes we now only clean Residential properties with a minimum charge of £10.

Q: I have a small Terrace House Would you clean this?

A: Yes we would clean your windows but we do have a minimum charge of £10.

Q: Why are we using this new system of window cleaning?

A: Window cleaning is inherently dangerous and there are up to 10 deaths per year, because of this, window cleaners have new regulations with regards to working at height, for these reasons, the window cleaning industry is addressing the issues of safe working practices, that  is why the UK leading window cleaning companies now use this system.

Q: Will the new system clean my windows as well as the old method?

A: Yes.  Ladderless Window Cleaning is recognised to be as good as or better than conventional methods, and will not leave sticky soap residue on the glass or frames and will not attract fresh dirt. With the frames now being cleaned, no dirt will run on to the glass when we get a downpour of rain, giving a better cleaning result than conventional methods.  To coin a phrase we are window cleaners not glass cleaners.

Q: Why are our window left wet?

A: When you are having your windows cleaned with our system we use laboratory grade pure H2O, so when the windows and frames have been scrubbed, washed and then finally rinsed, no dirt is left and the H2O dries to a natural finish.

Q: What difference will I notice?

A: There is a bedding in period because fine jets of pure H2O are used, the windows and frames are deep cleaned right into the very corners, as a result, on the first 2 or 3 cleans you may notice a small amount of residue remaining, unfortunately this is unavoidable, and once this bedding in period has passed, the new method will actually clean to a better standard than before.

Q: Can you clean my windows above my conservatory

A: Most of the time we can.
If we can see the whole window from the ground there is a good chance we will be able to clean it, If the window is partially obscured we probably won't be able to clean it.

Q: Are you reliable.

A: Yes we are reliable as can be we will call on you every 4 -8 weeks on domestic properties to clean you windows except in bad weather we could be up to a week late as we do not work in very heavy rain.

Q: Will you call the same time every month.

A: Domestic properties our work is every 4 -8 weeks but cannot specify a date or day as there are to many variables to take into consideration, sickness, extreme weather, holidays etc.
But what we can promise is that you would have a very regular and professional window cleaning service all year round.

Q: Do you offer cleaning at any frequency other than 4 -8 weeks?

A: We only offer 4 - 8 weekly cleans on domestic properties.

Q: Do you do one off cleans?

A: Yes

Q: We do not want our window cleaned this month.

A: We are forever turning people away who want a regular window cleaning service, so if we turn up and are told not this month we replace them with a customer who wants regular window cleaning at the agreed schedule.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Sometimes we can  tell you how much your window cleaning will cost over the phone and sometimes we need to see  the property in question but we have a minimum charge of £10 per clean.

Q: What hours do you work

A. 8.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday in the summer and 8.30am to 3.00pm in the winter.

Q: We always have our rear gate locked.

A: We will text you the night before asking you to leave your gate unlocked.

Q: I need to be at home when you clean our windows

A: We can arrange this but there would be a substantial price increase usually double the normal rate.

Q: I want my windows cleaned by a ladder window cleaner

Sorry but we now only use Water Fed Poles and no longer use ladders.

Q: Will you still clean our windows in the rain.

A: Yes we will as window cleaning is our only source of income and i have staff that still have to be paid. I would have no staff if i did not pay them when it was raining and would be breaking the employment law.
We need to work in most weather conditions to maintain regularity of service and to earn our living. There may be times when we have to clean your windows while it is raining.
It is a condition of service that the customer will accept this is necessary, and will not refuse service because it is raining.

In very heavy rain we do inside cleans so if you are interested in having your insides cleaned and are in most of the time as we ring round on rainy days and those who are in we will call and clean the insides. Let us know and i will add you to our list for inside cleans.
